Russ McCullough


Advocating for clients since 1984, Russell H. McCullough has deep experience in all aspects of the real estate profession, on both sides of the table. He has practiced general brokerage as well as on-site new home sales. Over the years Russell set sales records at Anderson Homes, Ryland Homes and Southampton Homes by cross-selling communities and co-broking with other agents. Professionally, he has been both a sales trainer & sales manager. Trailblazing internet sales for Ryland Homes in the years of 2000 – 2005, Russell also wrote the sales manual for the Charlotte Division. In 1987, he was recognized as the Sales & Marketing Council Rookie of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Raleigh & Wake County. In 2000 Russell was recognized as the top producing sales manager in the region by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Charlotte. During Russell’s sales career, he and Caroline Boliek collaborated for a record number of sales together.
